Your information, treated thoughtfully

Privacy notice.

Published October 7, 2026. This notice describes the first version of Meditate With the World.

Information you choose to send

The project’s organizing team stores information submitted through our forms, including your email, any name or location you provide, the interest you select, your message, and whether you asked for email updates. Do not include sensitive personal or medical information in a message.

We use submissions to respond to questions, understand offers of involvement, handle privacy requests, and send project updates when requested. Submissions are private; they are not published as a directory, testimonial, or public profile.

Optional email updates

The involvement form’s updates option is unchecked by default. The separate updates form explicitly requests email updates. A saved request is not a confirmed email subscription or a session booking. We do not promise a particular email schedule or an automated verification message.

You can ask us to stop updates using the request form below. Your request is reviewed by the team; submitting it does not itself confirm that a change has been completed.

Site operation and measurement

The website and its form storage use hosting infrastructure to deliver pages and process requests. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery and security. To limit abuse, the site temporarily stores hashed network-based rate-limit keys; these are separate from aggregate analytics.

We may record aggregate page views and actions by page and traffic source to understand which resources are useful. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Aggregate counts cannot tell us whether a person attended a meditation.

Storage and access

Submitted information is held in the project’s private storage for the organizing team to review and act on. It may be retained while the conversation, contribution, or requested updates remain relevant. You can request access, correction, or deletion below. The team may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

We do not sell form submissions. Links to other organizations lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices.

Make a privacy request

Provide the email connected with your earlier submission and say what you would like us to do. Please do not include passwords or identification documents.

Your details are shared privately with the organizing team. Read our privacy notice.
